  • Service Group Ministry
It is not enough for the church to grow numerically; it must also grow in LOVE. The Service Group Ministry ensures that as Greenville Avenue members experience the ups and downs in life, i.e., birth, bereavement, illness, etc, the focus is placed on the individual members to support their fellow members. This program is the vehicle by which GACC can extend service, concern and love to each and every member. To find out more about this vital ministry, contact James Wright at 972.234.4034.
  • Missions Ministry
The primary function of the Missions Team at Greenville Avenue Church of Christ is to be committed to the Great Commission as given in Matthews 28:18-20 in making disciples of Jesus Christ worldwide. We are reaching out to the unsaved beyond our local sphere of influence in showing the love of Jesus through ministering to human needs, assisting in church planting, and supporting the long term goals of those who are called to serve. Our current areas beyond our local borders are mission trips to Uganda, Ghana, and the Bahamas. On these short missionary trips, both the men and the women teams are engaged in evangelism and works of service to others. For information on how to become a part of this wonderful work and join the missions team, please contact Ray Christopher, the ministry coordinator, at 972.644.2335.
